Privacy Policy
We treat your data the way we'd want ours treated — collected for a clear purpose, stored securely, and never sold. This policy explains exactly what we do and what you can do about it.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, payment details) and information generated by your use of the platform (trading preferences, watchlists, alert configurations, session logs).
We also collect technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and access timestamps — used solely for security monitoring and performance analytics. We never collect the content of your investment decisions or communicate them to third parties.
Your data is used to operate and improve ERA AI: powering personalised signals, maintaining your account, processing payments, sending transactional emails, and providing customer support.
We use anonymised, aggregated usage patterns to improve our AI models. Individual user data is never used for model training without explicit opt-in consent. We do not use your data for advertising purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
When you connect a broker account, ERA AI receives read access to your positions and the ability to route orders you approve. We store only the OAuth access token — never your broker username, password, or TPIN.
ERA AI does not hold, pool, or custody your funds at any point. Your capital remains in your demat and trading accounts at your SEBI-registered broker.
All personal data is stored on servers located in India, compliant with applicable data residency requirements. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Access to personal data within ERA AI is role-based and strictly limited to personnel who require it to deliver the service. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus a 90-day post-cancellation period (to enable reactivation). After this period, personal and portfolio data is permanently deleted from active systems.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@erainvest.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or export the personal data we hold about you. You may also object to specific processing activities or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@erainvest.ai. We will respond within 30 days and never charge a fee for a first request.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change to this policy takes effect. Continued use of ERA AI after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
