Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the ERA AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

ERA AI is provided by ERA Intelligence Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mumbai, India.

ERA AI is a market analytics and decision-support platform. It provides AI-generated signals, fundamental data, charting tools, and broker connectivity utilities. ERA AI does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or execution services as a SEBI-registered entity.

All signals, scores, and analytical outputs are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use ERA AI. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate.

ERA AI reserves the right to terminate accounts where false information is provided during registration.

ERA AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise ERA AI to charge your payment method on the applicable renewal date.

You may cancel at any time; you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. ERA AI reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to: (a) use ERA AI signals or data to engage in market manipulation, front-running, or any activity prohibited by SEBI regulations; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce ERA AI's proprietary model outputs at scale; (c) share your account credentials with third parties; (d) use ERA AI to build a competing product without a separate licensing agreement.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

ERA AI and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, underlying models, signal methodologies, and associated software. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal or internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of data you upload to ERA AI (such as custom portfolios). You grant ERA AI a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

ERA AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ERA AI's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

ERA AI is not liable for: trading losses, missed opportunities, system downtime, third-party broker failures, or any other consequential or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Mumbai.

For consumer disputes, you retain the right to approach appropriate consumer courts as provided under Indian law.

ERA AI may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
